These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and gbajer ("gbajer", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the gbajer website located at https://gbajer.bet and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, fishing games, slot games, and payment processing (collectively the "Platform"). Key Principles of This Agreement
Age Restriction — 21 and Over Only
The gbajer Platform is strictly restricted to users aged 21 years and above. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. gbajer conducts age verification during registration and reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a user under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
One Account Per User
Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one active gbajer account. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened using false identity information, or accounts used by a person other than the registered holder are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gbajer reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bets or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbajer login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. gbajer will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or support chat. 1. Account Registration

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

1.2 Identity Verification

1.3 Account Closure by User
You may request closure of your gbajer account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome before the account is closed. Verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure, subject to any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
2. Betting Rules
All sports bets and casino wagers placed through the gbajer Platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general rules and specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail.
2.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance
A bet is not accepted until gbajer has confirmed it and issued a unique bet reference number to you. 2.2 Odds Errors and Manifest Errors

This includes situations where the displayed odds were clearly inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement. gbajer will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users promptly.
2.3 In-Play Betting
In-play or live betting markets are offered on selected events including cricket, football, and other sports. Odds on live markets update continuously and reflect real-time match conditions. gbajer reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time, including during play, where data integrity cannot be guaranteed. Bets accepted before a market suspension will stand unless affected by a manifest error as described in clause 2.2.
2.4 Bet Settlement and Disputes
Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For cricket, this includes results confirmed by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or the relevant league authority for BPL, IPL, and other tournaments. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of settlement via customer support.
3. Payments & Transactions
All monetary values displayed on the gbajer Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbajer does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following clauses govern all financial transactions conducted through your gbajer account.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
gbajer currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods and associated limits are subject to change; the current list is always available within your account dashboard. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed within your account settings. gbajer reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. High-value transactions may be subject to enhanced verification requirements before processing.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Most requests are fulfilled within a few hours of submission. gbajer is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, mobile network downtime, or bank processing times beyond our reasonable control. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make at least one successful deposit to the account, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team.
3.4 Inactive Account Funds
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. gbajer may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, the current amount of which is published in your account settings. You will be notified before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees remains withdrawable upon reactivation of your account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbajer Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, cancellation of pending bets, and referral to relevant authorities.
4.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation
You must not provide false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, use stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, create accounts under a false identity, or attempt to deceive gbajer's verification or security systems in any manner.
4.2 Bonus Abuse
Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a mathematically low-risk manner specifically designed to extract cash value rather than engage in genuine recreational betting, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotions, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
4.3 Match Fixing and Insider Information
You must not place bets using information that is not publicly available and that has been obtained through an improper means, including inside knowledge of sporting outcomes. Suspected match-fixing activity will be reported to the relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement bodies.
4.4 Automated Betting and Software Exploitation
The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools designed to exploit pricing errors, scraping tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair systematic advantage over the Platform is prohibited. gbajer monitors for such activity and will close any account found to be engaging in it.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbajer's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your gbajer account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gbajer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from Platform downtime, data feed errors, third-party payment delays, or sporting event cancellations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the gbajer Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game assets, odds data, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the intellectual property of gbajer or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from gbajer.
Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the property of those respective providers and is subject to their own intellectual property rights. Any misuse of such content may expose you to direct claims from those providers.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of the gbajer Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and should be read alongside it.
gbajer will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data collected is used exclusively to operate your account, process transactions, fulfil legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the Platform experience. All data is held securely with SSL encryption and access controls limiting internal exposure to authorised personnel only.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English.
If you have a complaint about the gbajer Platform, you must first raise it with our customer support team by writing to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full resolution within 10 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter through the arbitration mechanism described above.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and gbajer with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior understandings, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
9.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
9.3 Waiver
gbajer's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made expressly and in writing by an authorised representative of gbajer to be effective.
9.4 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of gbajer. gbajer may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without requiring your consent, subject to the successor entity assuming all obligations under this Agreement.
9.5 Language
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
